Omgoodie…. I experienced the worse heartburn of my life last nite!! For hours and hours… fighting the nausea was just too much!! I totally would’ve puked and probably felt better.. But didn’t want to do any damage to my throat so had my elevation pill up w another pillow fighting the gag’s!! Wahh Wahhh I thought it was never going to stop!! Sorry had to share the huge moment of Getting OLD!!! Straight Bullsh*t! Lol….

I am starting some exercises from one of the self help workbooks, coming up w affirmations only on myself, not allowing myself to think negatively and if I do… Stop.. say 3 good things about myself, and keep moving forward! Not allowing myself to nag bout myself, I am going to legit try this, Low self confidence has the power to ruin your life. Being confident doesn’t mean being arrogant, it just means being grateful for what you have in your life and Believing in yourself!! I am down with that!! Maybe this will help me be patient with myself when doing this free course Lol.. Try and remain calm when I am sucking on laptop Haha Wish me luck!!
