I woke up this morning to have forgotten an Ensure in the freezer!!🫣 Was my First attempt to see how much more delicious it would taste! LoL Was so disappointed too witnessing it.. Wowzza have times changed……. It use to be alcohol drinks and now it’s ensures! Lmao… I hope my parents are Happy! I now have decided to take a break from the weed, seeing it was for me to gain more of an appetite so I wouldn’t lose weight when working out couldn’t afford it. Well …. Now … how times have changed … it’s a crisis …😧 the numbers on my scale ⬆️keep going Up and I need to stop drinking them for my munchies, I got carried away for sure! Until my knees get better I am going to do light workouts w just a splash of the Ensures in my Life, just for my meals ….. SMH… LoloL Only I,…. can have such a Love/Hate w Ensures over weight gain. Actually I am sure there are people out there that are similar. LoL Jeeezzz Louie… Anyways,… Wish me Luck… Day 1 is tomorrow!! Haha
