LoL… Was a nice morning the weather that is… Haha My knees been aching …. wowzza not sure if it’s really something I did or is it age… I forgot to ask… I definitely will next week … cancelled my Friday appointment bcuz it’s my birthday! But I Went to my Lymphedema massagist last week and was explaining how horrible my knees have been feeling, to find out that right now my knees are kinda off.. like an alignment on a vehicle, so wearing down my Cartilage. She wrapped my knees up w this tape and what a difference. Honestly so lucky to have met this lady Jackie, beyond sweet and just a real nice soul!! The amount of pain and swelling I would have everyday, is like 89% different!! She’s amazing as I don’t have that excruciating pain!! No matter how little to large, I am fascinated how our bodies heal!! It might have taken my body this long to start really my healing…. but I left it way too long to go to Hospital. Anyways….

Is anyone else’s dog scared of bugs? Kiki almost runs to bedroom!! It’s too funny! For the size difference, I sadly am judging him!! HAHA
