Today I am making a point to “pause” in life and give thanks to my many Blessings!! I woke up this morning Thanking God for another day, to see the sunrise, and even though fighting cancer, I am here still able to live life, smile and laugh!! I made a coffee and gave “thanks” that I have a home to make it in and that I could afford it to be in my cupboard for whenever I want a cup… How simple these little things are, but in truth there’s people out there that isn’t so fortunate. The power of positivity is insane… I read “The secret” book and it gave steps on how to pretty much train your mind to see all the good focus on the positive and if you did think negatively you were suppose to think 10 positives!! Let me tell you at first I wanted to fling the oh so happy book aside and be done with it lol… My friends Mom gave it to me and I honestly read a few chapters and did exactly that didn’t pick it up for years later. I am so grateful for so many things and hope that you too will try this today and find your own Blessings!! My Big sister is down and she’s coming with my Mom later today… another Blessing!! This is one thing that since finding out that I have Cancer my Families dynamics has changed and we all have gotten closer, the past little arguments is no longer important or there… it’s just moving forward!! Today is going to be a Good Day…. Wishing Everyone a day absolutely Full of Smiles….
